1. What does “C.S” stand for?
_ “C.S” is abbreviation
of “Customer Service”. Customer service is always our first priority.
_ “C.S” is also abbreviation of “Culture
of Saigon”. We also want to introduce culture of Saigon to you.
2. What are the differences between C.S
Tours and the other Motorbike Tours?
_ Tour guides are young,
enthusiast, aggressive, experienced,… and they are trained seriously.
_ This is the only motorbike tour in
Saigon that combine to introduce culinary and traditional music in the Southern
(“Southern music by gifted players” or “Don ca tai tu”. It was recognized by
UNESCO as Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity in
2013).
3. What is the transport of C.S Tours?
_ We are not entirely
equipped by scooters, but the whole transports are selected and checked very
carefully for the tour. Your safety is our top priority.
4. How are the tour guides of C.S Tours?
_ In each tour group, we always have a
good English leader, he has extensive experience for instruction and
explanation at tourist attraction. In addition, there are also tour guides
drive you by motorbike.
_ We do not dare to say that entire tour
guides, who drive motorbike, are good in English, but they are young, enthusiast,
aggressive,… Having occasions to introduce our country, culture, culinary,
music,… to the tourists are their pride. Specially, they were selected and
trained very carefully in driving and communicating.
5. Your Mixed Saigon and Foodies Tours include
street food. Is it safe to eat?
_ It is absolutely safe!
Although they are street food, the food here have been sold through many
generations and their safety are proven by many years they exist.
6. Is it safe to travel by motorbike?
_ Yes, of course! If you want to visit
Saigon, motorbike will be the most ideal transport. In order to minimize the
risks, we have carefully selected beautiful stretchs of road, safe, and the
team of tour guides is selected and trained for bad situations, your safety is
always our top priority.
7. Apart from Mixed Saigon, do you have any
other tours?
_ This is our unique tour
at present. We want to focus on branding. Quality is our first priority, and we
always hope to expand the area of operation when we have conditions. We always
hope to get satisfaction and trust from customers !
8. What payment methods will you accept?
_ We accept both cash
payment and transfer either Vietnam Dong or US Dollars.
_ You can pay before or on the day of the
tour. However, we do not accept to transfer within 24 hours before starting the
tour.
(Ex: The day of the tour is 5:30, August,
25th, 2015. The last time you can transfer is 5:30, August, 24th, 2015. After
this time, we do not accept to transfer.)
9. Is there any attention for booking
tours?
_ The last time to book a tour which start
on that day is 2:00 PM.
_ We accept both cash payment and transfer
either Vietnam Dong or US Dollars
_ You can pay before or in the day of the
tour. However, we do not accept to transfer within 24 hours before starting the
tour.
(Ex: The day of the tour is 5:30, August,
25th, 2015. The last time you can transfer is 5:30, August, 24th, 2015. After
this time, we do not accept to transfer.)
_ WITH A GROUP OF 3 PEOPLE OR MORE, you
will get the discount tickets for all of you.
_ WITH A GROUP OF 5 PEOPLE OR MORE, we
would like to ask you to deposit 20% of the total money of your group and you
will get the discounted tickets for all of you.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
ONLY APPLY FOR A GROUP OF 5 PEOPLE OR
MORE, we ask you to deposit 20% of the total money of your group.
_ If you cancel before departure day 4
days or more, we will refund the full deposit fee.
_ If you cancel from 1 to 3 days before
departure day, we will charge you 20% of the deposit.
_ If you cancel in the day tour (24
hours), we will charge you 50% of the deposit.
(Ex: There are 5 people in your group. The
day tour you booked is 5:30 PM, August, 25th, 2015 and you have deposited (x)
USD for your group yet.
- If you cancel before 5:30 PM, August, 21th or sooner, we will refund the full
deposit fee ((x) USD).
- If you cancel from 5:30 PM, August, 21th, 2015 to 5:30 PM, August, 24th,
2015, we will charge you 20% of the deposit ((x) USD).
- If you cancel from 5:30 PM, August, 24th, 2015 to 5:30 PM, August, 25th,
2015, we will charge you 50% of the deposit ((x) USD).
11. Do you offer pick-up/drop-off service
at my hotel/apartment or the airport?
_ We only offer pick-up/drop-off service
in District 1, 3, 5. If you are out of these districts, please come to District
1 to join with us. thanks !
12. What is the maximum group size for your
tour?
_Because safety and better care for
customers ,The maximum group size for our tour is 15 people.
13. Will you allow me to drive your
motorbikes?
_I’m sorry ! Because of your safety and
liability reasons, you are not allowed to drive our motorbikes.
14. Are we allowed to hug or hold onto our
drivers?
_If the tour guide is female, the male
tourist put your hand on your knee or hold the handrail behind the motorbike,
please!
15. Can your drivers carry when I am larger
than the avarage of Vietnamese person?
_Of course, our drivers are tested
carefully before working to guaranteed your safety. Moreover, our motorbikes
are designed to carry heavy weight 120kg or 260lbs.
16. How about the tours with kid?
_ Children are under 5: free fare and go
with his/her father/mother.
_ Children are from 5 to 7: half price
ticket and go with his/her father/mother.
_ Children are from 8: adult fare.
17. What can you do to help me if I am
allergic to some food?
_You can completely change dipping sauce
if it is not suit with your culinary tastes. If you are allergic to anything,
you have to notice to us as soon as you register the tour in order for us to be
well prepared.
18. Is there anything I should not wear or
bring when I go on the tour?
_Wearing simple clothing, do not use
mobile phone, camera, tablet ... while you are on the road.
